These terms apply to your use of the Helmledgers website and platform, operated by Paul Mears and Stephen Power ("Helmledgers", "we", "us"). By using Helmledgers you agree to them.
Beta service
Helmledgers is in beta. Features may change, be limited or be unavailable at times, and we may update these terms as the product develops.
Not investment advice
Helmledgers reports what companies have disclosed in their public filings. Nothing on Helmledgers is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek professional advice where appropriate.
Accuracy
We check quoted excerpts against the original filings and link every finding to its source, but analysis can still contain errors or omissions, and filings themselves can be amended. Always check the source filing before relying on any finding. If you spot an error, tell us at contact@helmledgers.com and we'll correct it.
Source data
Our analysis is based on public filings, including filings from the US Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR database. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEC or any company we analyse.
Acceptable use
You may use Helmledgers for your own research and work. You may not scrape, copy at scale, resell or redistribute our analysis, attempt to access parts of the platform you're not authorised to use, or use Helmledgers in a way that breaks the law or harms others. You may quote short extracts with a link back to Helmledgers.
Our content
The Helmledgers platform, reports, methodologies, branding and website content belong to us. The underlying public filings belong to their respective owners.
Liability
Helmledgers is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, Helmledgers or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
